Story 1 Video regarding make-safe hospital care for injured civilian Syria

A video was received from Syria showing an injured civilian unable to access government hospitals because of a fear of being arrested. He was being treated in a make-shift room with minimal clinical facilities.  However, the video showed recognisable features of the person being treated and therefore cannot be shown.
